Asian Health Services

Founded in 1974 in Oakland, California, Asian Health Services (AHS) serves and advocates for people who are underserved, including the immigrant and refugee Asian community. AHS ensures equal access to healthcare services regardless of income, insurance status, language, or culture. At the center of its work are its community health center, multiple clinics, and mobile health vans that provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services in 14 different languages to families throughout Alameda County and surrounding communities.
