TriMet provides bus, light rail and commuter rail service in the Portland region, and works in collaboration with Metro, the regional government agency, and the Oregon Department of Transportation. With community input, this gateway plan proposes placemaking and safety features for the 82nd Division Avenues intersection, which, not coincidentally is where the Orchards at 82nd is located.
