Title

T1 oligonucleotide Map

Description

T1 oligonucleotide mapping (T1 mapping) analyzes how similar the “genetic fingerprints” of two influenza viruses are by comparing images. While other commonly used techniques examined the hemagglutinin of the influenza virus, T1 mapping could examine the entire genome of the virus, giving researchers a better idea of how genetically similar two influenza viruses were.
