About the Project and Credits
About this Exhibition
David J. Sencer CDC Museum, Georgia State University, and Emory University developed this digital exhibition based on the content and design of 2020-21 exhibition Influenza: Complex Virus/Complex History. Organized by the David J. Sencer CDC Museum, Atlanta, Georgia, the exhibition traces the global impact of influenza viruses since the 1918 pandemic. This content has been adapted and expanded for a digital platform.
By design, the project is evolving and ongoing: new content will be added as it is developed and identified. In addition, the project team will coordinate development of lesson plans and curriculum related to the exhibition content, which will be shared on the website. Faculty from other educational institutions are welcomed to request more information about curriculum and contributing to the pedagogical aspect of the project using our contact form.
